  • What services do you offer?
    We offer three main services:
  • Bathing Service: Includes nail clipping, brushing & combing, washing & drying, cleaning teeth & ears, paw care (trimming extra hair around and underneath), and eye area cleaning (trimming hair in front of the eyes).
  • Full Grooming Service: Includes everything in the bathing service plus a full body haircut (trimming).
  • Hand Stripping Service: Includes the bathing service plus hand stripping (plukken), suitable only for wirehaired dogs.
  • Do you have puppy services?
    For a puppy’s first visit, we recommend the bathing service to help them get used to the groomer and the overall experience. Puppies can be bathed from 3 months old. Full grooming (including a haircut) is recommended from 6 months old, although earlier appointments can be arranged if needed.
  • How can I make an appointment?
    We work by appointment only. You can book via SMS, phone call, Instagram, email, WhatsApp, or at the reception desk. We prefer WhatsApp (06511224422).
  • Do I need an appointment for nail clipping?
    No appointment is required for nail clipping. You can visit Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The price is €10.
  • What are your prices?
    Prices vary depending on the dog’s size and coat condition. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
  • Do you charge extra for additional brushing?
    Each service includes 30 minutes of brushing. Additional brushing is charged at €40 per hour per groomer.
  • How should I prepare for the appointment?
    Please avoid feeding your dog right before the appointment. Ensure your dog has been walked and has relieved itself beforehand.
  • How long does an appointment take?
    The duration depends on your dog’s size and coat condition. As a general guide:

  • Can I arrive early or late?
    We operate on a tight schedule. Please inform us if you plan to arrive early or are running late. Arrivals 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
  • Can I stay during the service?
    Yes, you are welcome to stay in the salon.
  • When should I pick up my dog?
    We will notify you by text or call when your dog is ready.
    Please avoid arriving early, as your dog may become overly excited and make it difficult to continue grooming. Also, please do not be late, as we need to accommodate other appointments.
  • Do you have a cancellation or no-show policy?
    If your plans change, please notify us at least 20 hours in advance so we can offer your slot to another client. While we do not require prepayment, no-shows or last-minute cancellations/reschedules will incur a 50% service fee.
  • Can you trim my dog’s hair without washing?
    No. To ensure the best results, all grooming is done on clean, blow-dried coats.
  • Do you work with difficult dogs?
    Yes, we have extensive experience with rescue and more challenging dogs. Our approach is based on patience and care.
  • Do you have a waiting list?
    Yes. We recommend booking an appointment and requesting to be added to the waiting list. If a cancellation occurs, we can move your appointment forward.
  • Can I pay by credit card?
    Yes, credit card payments are accepted.
